Mountain Property Management, Jackson Hole

Mountain Property Management Jackson HoleA new look and better navigation helped Mountain Property Management Jackson Hole increase organic search engine placement.   The old website was looking it’s age and while they were getting OK traffic the visitors were not converting and they were dropping in the organic search results.  Which meant there was much room for improvement.

We looked at different options to create the site and that they wanted to be able to easily change out photos and update the rates as well as add new properties.  So we decided that the best option was to build out a site that used a content management database, which gave them control over the data on the site.

Using WordPress as the basis for the site we built a custom template for the client with a new design that better reflected the beauty of the area and highlighted the images of the units.  Julia designed a new look for the site with two different header images to give some variety as well as a Flash show that displays image of the units alongside images of the area.

We had the booking engine updated to reflect the new design and each page of the site is linked directly to the booking page for that unit, so guests can quickly see if there is availability.

The program used to build the site is very Search Engine friendly as each page can be easily manipulated for keywords and meta information by the Blizzard Promotion Team without having to go through the design department, this allows the promotion team more flexibility with the funds as less time is spent in the design department.

Within a few months of the redesign, which is more search engine friendly, Sally says; “I see we have moved up in the organics a lot, and we are on page one of the pay-per-clicks.”

Very nice looking site, but you should know there are quite a few broken links, especially from the https://www.mpmolo.com/asp/availability/search.asp
    search for reservations page.

Thanks for the heads up, we will let the property know. That page is hosted off the Blizzard Service with the booking engine and our team will follow up to make sure they fix any broken links.
